Meet Tara (she/her)

Tara has a passion for helping children, adolescents, and young adults process and move past heavy emotional experiences. Tara will meet your child, learn about their personal experience, and craft a plan of treatment that can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Exposure Response Prevention based on client need.

Education

Tara received her Bachelors in Psychology from The University of Washington.

Tara received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Southern California.

Tara is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California LMFT #115873
